Licensing

Put our agents in front of your clients.

For agencies and consultancies who already manage clients. You hold the licence and keep the relationship; we build and run the agents inside whatever CRM each client already uses.

01

You hold the licence

One licence covers your firm, however many clients you bring. It is what lets you put agents in front of your own clients, inside your own relationship with them.

02

Each client you bring is a seat

We stand their agents up inside the CRM that client already runs — there is nothing for them to migrate to. One client, one seat.

03

We bill you, never them

Your clients never receive an invoice from us. One statement comes to you, covering the licence, the seats currently live, and any client newly set up.

What you get.

A portal showing your clients and your bill

The same statement we bill from: your licence, the seats live against it, and any setup not yet invoiced. No spreadsheet, and nothing to reconcile by hand.

Your client relationship stays yours

A client under your licence sees their own billing page marked as managed by their partner — no figures of ours, and no payment link of ours.

Agents in the system they already use

The agents work inside the client's existing CRM rather than asking them to adopt another tool. That is the same platform we run for our own clients, not a cut-down version of it.

What you pay for.

Three things, and nothing else.

A monthly licence
One standing fee for your firm, unchanged by how many clients you bring.
A setup fee per client
Charged once, when a new client comes on and their agents are built.
A monthly fee per seat
For each client live under your licence in that month.
  • Remove a seat and its monthly fee stops from that point on.
  • A setup fee already charged is not refunded.
  • What each of those comes to depends on the CRMs involved and how much the agents are asked to do, so it is a conversation rather than a table.

What it does not do yet.

We add the seats

Putting a client onto your licence goes through us rather than a button in your portal. It spends your money, so a person is deliberately in the loop.

The partner portal is read-only

You can see your clients and your statement. Changes — a new client, a removal, a change of fee — come through us.

One active licence per firm

Several licences or tiers under a single firm is not something we support yet.

Bring us a client.

Tell us who you look after and which CRMs they run. We will map the agents onto one of them and show you what your clients would actually get.
